Promotion Tours is a locally owned, fully escorted, Motor-Coach Travel Company.
All of our tours are escorted by experienced Tour Directors. As well, we hire local step-on guides at some destinations who will entertain you with local history and give you the best cultural experience possible.
Our Tour Directors will keep you safe, entertained and informed on all of our trips.
We do not own our buses, but rather Charter from reputable charter lines such as Golden Arrow, Coach Atlantic, Parsons Transportation, and 417 Coach lines just to name a few. All come with professional drivers, are washroom equipped, air-conditioned and have onboard entertainment systems.
Tour rates are applicable at the time of printing and are based on costs of current hotels, taxes, and exchange rates. Promotion Tours reserves the right to alter the published price if needed without notice.
U.S. trips are subject to price fluctuations based on the dollar exchange.
Casinos have the right to change value packages without notice.
Deposits & Payments
Promotion Tours requires a $100.00 deposit per person to reserve your seat on trips under $1000.00.
On all trips over $1000.00 we require a $200.00 deposit per person.
Deposits are fully refundable up until 45 days prior to trip departure.
Final payment is due 45 days prior to departure date (unless otherwise specified).
All trips that have airfare included requires a $1000.00 per person deposit to be paid 90 days prior to departure.
Any cancellation of your trip must be conveyed in a written letter or email.
Tours canceled less than 45 days before departure will be non-refundable!
We strongly recommend cancellation insurance!
Promotion Tours reserves the right to make itinerary changes at any time, for any reason, as deemed prudent by the company for the welfare of its passengers or to enhance the operation of the tour.
We will make every effort to inform passengers of these changes.
Any extra lodging due to weather-related conditions will be the customer’s responsibility.
It is recommended to have adequate trip cancellation and medical travel insurance when you are traveling. Ask about receiving a quote at time of booking.
When crossing international borders, passports are mandatory. New this year we must have a copy of your passport. We send this information to the border crossings one week prior to the trip to ensure all passengers have clearance to travel into the United States. If you are turned away at the border it is your responsibility to make travel arrangements as the bus will carry on.
All seating is on a first come – first serve basis. The earlier you book, the closer to the front you will be. For trips lasting more than one day to get to a final destination, a mandatory seat rotation will be utilized affording all passengers different seating positions.
For your convenience and comfort no smoking and no alcohol aboard the motor-coach. Coffee and meal stops will be done every 2-3 hours which will give passengers the opportunity to smoke.
Gift certificates are available in any denomination or for any of our coach tours.
Bring your prescriptions (medications) with you and always ensure you have your Provincial Healthcare Card.
Any serious medical conditions must be brought to the attention of your tour guide prior to boarding. This is a preventative safety measure in case of medical emergency.
Please be on time as we want to arrive at our destinations on schedule. Scheduled stops will have time limits to ensure we reach our destination on time.
One suitcase per person and a small soft-sided carry on is allowed. If you plan to golf we may be able to transport your clubs as well if you make prior arrangements.
For passengers’ convenience, bottled water will be available for a nominal charge of $1.00 per bottle. You may bring your own beverages on board if you so desire.
Gratuities are not included in the price of your tour
Your Driver and Tour Director work very hard to make your trip informative, entertaining, and enjoyable, and will do everything possible to ensure you have a safe and comfortable journey. If you feel the service you have received meets or exceeds your expectations, gratuities are greatly appreciated.
