Fraser Valley Bald Eagle Safari

Fraser Valley Bald Eagle Safari

Join us as we travel to Harrison Hot Springs to witness nature at its finest.
Each fall millions of salmon return to the Fraser and Harrison River to spawn.
Soon after the salmon return gets underway hundreds (Often Thousands) of bald eagles begin to descend on the area eager to gorge themselves on the salmon carcasses.
This is a world-class event that brings visitors from all over the Globe to the valley!

These impressive Raptors can be viewed from land but the best way to get up and close to the eagles is on the river.
Fraser River Safari Tours: Safari guests experience this natural phenomenon in complete comfort and style on board the custom designed all weather Jet boats. Enjoy guest speaker David Hancock, Biologist.

The River Tour is only part of this unique outing as we stop at one of BC’s Historical Sites.
This part of the experience will take us to Kilby Historic Site for lunch and to tour the Museum and Farm which only enhances the experience.
Fraser River Safari Tours is a proud partner and the official Jet Boat Tour of the annual Fraser Valley Bald Eagle Festival.
Find out for yourself why these tours have been awarded such enormous prestige from their peers.
This is the fastest growing eagle festival in the lower mainland and the home of the largest recorded number of eagles in an area that is only 2 square km in size. In December 2010, eagle biologist David Hancock counted 7,362 eagles during ONE boat tour!
