Tour Details by Day

Day 1 – Edmonton to Radium Hot Springs, BC

Welcome aboard your deluxe coach as your tour begins in Edmonton. Travel south along Highway 2 through Red Deer, Calgary, then into Canmore for lunch before crossing into beautiful British Columbia. Sit back and enjoy the magnificent ruggedness of mountains, lakes and rivers as you travel to Radium Hot Springs your destination for the evening. After checking into your hotel we will transport you to the hot springs for a soothing soak prior to dinner on your own.

Day 2 – Radium to Rossland

This morning after breakfast it’s time to board your coach and begin your trek towards Rossland. Your route takes you south to the Bavarian theme town of Kimberly, where we will stop for coffee and browsing. Then it’s on to Cranbrook, Creston for lunch on your own and Rossland, home of Nancy Greene. We will visit the Rossland Museum and have a site tour before taking you to your hotel. This evening enjoy a complimentary dinner at Gabriella’s located at the hotel.

Day 3 – Rossland to Kelowna

This morning after breakfast we depart Rossland for a scenic drive to Vernon. We will stop in Greenwood for coffee and lunch in Osoyoos on your own, at the Sage Pub.
After lunch we travel north to Penticton. Here we will board the Casabella Princess for a one hour lake tour. Enjoy a glass of wine or cocktail at the open bar as we cruise the lake.
Next it’s north through Summerland, Peachland, en-route to Kelowna your home for the next two evenings.

Day 4 – Orchard & Winery Tour

Today after breakfast we will travel to Vernon to visit the Planet B Honey Farm, then we will head over to Davison Orchards for lunch and a tour.
Afterwards we will travel back along beautiful Kalamalka Lake and through Kelowna, Here we will have a guided city tour and then a tour & tasting at Summerhill Winery.

Day 5 – Vernon to Three Valley Gap, BC

This morning we will continue on our way on our first leg of our Journey home.. Our trip today takes us back north through Lake Country and Vernon with our first stop at Swans Market and then a stop at The Log Barn. Then we will carry on through Enderby stopping at Farmer Johns Market for a tour and lunch as well as Ice cream. We then travel along Mara lake and through Sicamous, along the Eagle river and we will make our way to Three Valley Gap, your overnight destination at the Chateau. This evening enjoy a barbecued steak or chicken dinner and tour of the Ghost Town.

Day 6 – Three Valley Gap…Home

Today you travel back on the Trans-Canada through Revelstoke,over the Rogers Pass and through Golden and Field before entering Alberta. Enjoy the majesty of the Rocky Mountains as we travel this spectacular highway.
We will travel past Lake Louise and Banff as the mountains then transform to foothills before Calgary.
Then it’s on to Highway 2 north to Edmonton as the foothills then transform to the prairies.
You return home with fond memories of your Kootenay – Okanagan vacation and the ever-changing landscapes..
