COVID 19 Travel Update

PROMOTION TOURS TRAVEL POLICY FOR UPCOMING & FUTURE TRAVEL
With the uncertainty of travel schedules due to travel restrictions, Promotion Tours has implemented an updated policy to help address immediate concerns with travel plans. The safety and security of our guests, employees, and all of our travel hosts is our first priority.
At this time, Promotion Tours has postponed all tours through to and including June 21, 2020. As the COVID 19 situation is fluid and there are continually new travel advisories from governments, the World Health Organization, and travel destination hosts, we will communicate any new developments going forward.
In order to abide by the new norm of social distancing, we have made the decision to close our office and are working from home. We are still receiving phone messages and emails and are responding in a timely manner.
In line with fellow tour operators and airline partners, the following policy update for 2020 travel will be effective immediately and remain in place until further notice and is subject to change at any time.
If any tour is postponed due to circumstances beyond our control (such as government advisements, travel restrictions, destination host restrictions or airline restrictions), we would give our passengers the option of transferring to an alternate travel date or placed into a travel credit for any Promotion Tours tour to be used within 24 months after the original date of travel.
Any cancellations of tours by the customer, with departures after the date of June 21, 2020, will have any outstanding deposits/payments turned into a travel credit to be used for any other tour within the next 24 months after the departure date of that tour.
