Today we will have a leisurely drive south through Red Deer and Calgary picking up more guests and then make our way to Lake Louise where we will have time for some touring before checking in to the Lake Louise Inn, get freshened up in your luxurious rooms and then join the. group for a welcome dinner where you can get to know your fellow travellers.

This morning after breakfast it’s time to board your coach and begin your trek to Kamloops, after a coffee and convenience stop in Golden we are off to Kamloops where we will Check in to the Quality Inn Kamloops for the night. Along our leisurely day we will have plenty of time for photo stops and breaks to stretch our legs and enjoy the beautiful mountain drive over Kicking horse pass and Rogers Pass, down through the Okanagan and along the South Thompson River into Kamloops.

Today we travel the Coquihalla on our way to Victoria, we will stop at the Kilby Historic site, with its magnificent 1906 General Store Museum. Visitors will view a fantastic gallery of product packaging, dating back to the 1920’s and 1930’s. Intriguing artifacts in the Heritage Post Office and Manchester house hotel which were both part of the Harrison Mills community at the turn of the twentieth century. We will enjoy an included lunch and show just for our group. We will then take the Tsawwassen ferry to Schwartz Bay Vancouver Island. Before checking in to the Chateau Victoria we will stop for some groceries as every room is a suite with a  Kitchenette.

This morning you will have a local guided tour of Victoria where you will see its lovely homes and gardens with points of historic interest. We will have you back to the hotel early afternoon which will give you ample time to explore the inner harbour or check out some of the shops on Government Street. Enjoy a relaxing soak in the jacuzzi and dip in the pool before dinner.

Today join us for an optional an up island tour including CHEMAINUS and Cathedral Grove, located in MacMillan Park, is one of the most accessible stands of Giant Douglas fir trees on Vancouver Island. The park protects and preserves an internationally significant representative example of Douglas fir old-growth forest within the Coastal Western Hemlock Biogeoclimatic Zone.

Here visitors can stroll through a network of trails under the shadow of towering ancient Douglas fir trees, majestic pillars untouched by the modern world, some more than 800 years.

Today is a free day to discover Victoria on your own, book a harbour tour, a float plane, or some whale watching. For those not so adventurous maybe afternoon tea at the Empress, or a leisurely Carriage tour. There is so much to do you will be wishing you had a week here.

Today we will visit Butchart Gardens, where you will see fifty acres of floral wonderland, mixed with spacious lawns, streams, and lily ponds.  Upon return to the hotel enjoy a free evening of your choice.

Enjoy a late checkout this morning and pack your belongings as we will take a mid day Ferry back to the main land before heading back over the Coquihalla to Kamloops for the evening back at the Quality Inn Kamloops.

Today, we only have a short distance to make so we have filled it with exciting stops for you. With plenty of time on our hands today and weather dependant we have time to take in many phot stops along this route and stretch our legs as we traverse back along the South Thompson River, through the Okanagan and up and over the Rogers Pass. We will check in for our final evening at the Best Western Mountain View Lodge.

After an included breakfast it is time for our Journey Home. Back up over Kicking Horse pass and on to Banff where we will enjoy a Banff area tour and farewell lunch. After our farewell we will return to your pick up locations. Share a fond farewell with fellow travellers as well as your guide and driver.
